The Roofs of Mombasa

- this painting gives a view from above of the city Mombasa in Kenia, which I visited in 2003.
- You see the streets, mosques and churches and homes of people.
- The painting is unique, but I made a whole serie of Kenia-paintings during the last 2 decennia ,according to my own pictures.

studied school of arts from 1988-1994, first in Arnhem, last year in Enschede,painting.
Exposed work in several cities, sometimes in a gallery, other times in churches, municipal houses, hospitals.
won 3 art awards, one in 1998, Culemborg, one in 2017, Amsterdam, and the last one also in 2017, in Lovendegem, Belgium.
Went for several artists in residence programs abroad; to France in 1991, to India (South) in 1996, to Macedonia in 1998, and to Poland in 2000.
